2257 Requirements

Your ID must be a government issued ID card. Also it must contain a clear recognizable picture.

It must be complete no marking off of the addresses or id numbers.
Information must be readable and accessible.

I suggest you a make large copy of you ID. You can use your driver's license
or passport with a CLEAR photo.

Make sure you do this correctly so I will have to send it back
and you will have to redo it.
You must follow the process OR you will not be allowed on the show.

#2 VIDEO REQUIREMENTS

#2 Would you like to star in a video with Zoe Zane? To apply, fill out form below, along with a recent photo and copy & paste application info in the
e-mail. Who knows?
You could be the star you have fantasized about!

Before we do the video you will need to fill out a model release and 2257 form.
Bring photo ID and PAPER documentation, test for clean bill of health. No exceptions please.

Talent Search Application and Instructions

The talent search is a three step process.

First, you will be asked to submit the form below along with a picture, via e-mail.

Second, if selected, you will be asked to contact Zoe by private phone. This is an informal meeting for the purpose of getting to know you better. It will not be an interrogation.


 Third is the actual video shoot or image shoot.

You will be informed of the video location upon being selected. Again, the video is completely casual. You will not be asked to jump through hoops. This is more or less our way of getting to know you and what you are looking to do. There will be NO shooting on audition days.

Videos will primarily be shot in the Northern California Bay Area. Shoots will be on the weekends only. You will be responsible for all travel and accommodation expenses. Shoots will typically last one day, however, in the rare instance that multiple day shoots are required you will be informed in advance.

On the day of the shoot you will be required to bring the following. If any of the following are missing, you may (no guarantees) be asked to come back at a later date with the missing information, but the day's shoot will not be allowed to continue. In the event of this unfortunate happening, you will NOT be compensated in any way. SO MAKE SURE YOU BRING EVERYTHING!:

408-885-7000 Monday -Friday. Paper documentation will ONLY be accepted. Phone verification is not accepted. Please bring paper documentation to shoot. Any local health department/county will work for free testing

-2 forms of ID, one with photo (Driver's license or passport)

Showered (uncircumcised genitals please make squeaky clean), your best clothes, a positive attitude and your sense of humor!

Please fill out the form below as completely as possible. All submissions will be kept in the strictest confidence and nothing will be used without written permission, however, all talent will be required to sign a model release at the time of the shoot. All videos require you to show your face, so please be forewarned. Think this through prior to submitting this form, as cases of "cold feet" are a waste time for all parties involved.
